What are your current writing projects now? I’m writing several stories, mostly dark but I’m also working on two novellas. I hope to enter one into a contest or publish them together in a book.
Are you reading any interesting books at the moment? Everything I read is interesting. I’m interested in people and that’s what books are about.
Are there any new authors that have sparked your interest and why? Heather Haven. Such good characters. I can’t wait for Hollywood to make movies of her books.
What are some of the best tools available today for writers, especially those just starting out? The computer, with spell check is good and there are several computer programs that you can use to help with plot. Many experienced writers use plotting programs.
What contributes to making a writer successful? Readers.
Do you have any advice for writers? If you like writing, just do it. Keep sending your MS out. Never surrender. Thanks to Churchill for that quote.
